0:42- Palomino is the lightweight champion of the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. Nearly everyday, he starts with a 5:00 AM workout.
1:53- Cardio, kickboxing and weights are staples in his training program.
3:18- Even after catching and overcoming COVID-19, Palomino still feels that he is not fully recovered.

24:25- After being jumped by two guys while riding his bike to the boxing gym before practice, Palomino beat both of them up once he gained his bearings.

35:35- Getting hit makes Palomino angry and fuels him to takedown his opponent.
39:30- Palomino noticed significant energy depletion after getting back from the hospital after he was cleared of COVID-19.
46:25- One of Palomino’s friends that competes in triathlons for fun, took three months to fully recover from the virus.
48:30- Recovery is the most important aspect for training and preparing for a fight.
