3:25- Jewell has recently been putting in way more work at the gym lifting weights to build a solid physique.

3:50- Lansang grew up in Hawaii with a Filipino family who didn’t have healthy eating habits, ultimately leading to his father passing away from a painful battle with cancer. By the time he was in college, Lansang was fully passionate about health and fitness, and his father’s last wish was to have him share those gifts with the world.
5:51- For college, Lansang relocated to Michigan where he would met his wife who was working on a start up nail salon business. His wife and her family relocated to San Antonio, Texas to pursue new business ventures and she gave him a call to also inform him she was a few months pregnant with their first child. This brought him out to San Antonio, Texas to help support his new family and build a legacy for himself.
7:27- Lansang’s wife is Vietnamese and practicing the Chinese New Year is a big tradition.
8:45- It is common in the nail salon business to have tight slumped over shoulders. Lansang does massage and body work to combat muscle soreness and poor body mechanics.
9:16- Lansang met Steven Samadhi at the gym and instantly connected and began training together, incorporating breath work and sauna with strength training to maintain longevity.
10:29- Lansang bought a new home this year, he is excited to finish his real estate schooling in a few months.
