0:33- Steven is excited with the success of Sheath Underwear and that Robert is building his own brand and voice with the Robert Patton Global Podcast.

2:41- Patton states that Yoga has been a great way for him to receive messages from a higher power, doing the practice on the top of his base while stationed in Iraq. He would star up at the stars and feel his creativity coming to life.
4:14- Samadhi reflects on past advice Patton had given him, ‘finding something you’re passionate about and giving it your all’
8:30- Getting off your phone and meditating in the woods are some great methods to help ease your mind and bring clarity.

15:44- Patton and Samadhi met 10 years while playing Call of Duty online, where Steven was trash talking the whole time in good spirit.
17:42- When you’re in a flow state, the possibility of being distracted is removed. People can pickup on other’s energy when they are in a flow state, we all want to be in this state.
19:45- Samadhi says that gratitude immediately gets him in the zone, he has worked as a caregiver for a guy that has Muscular Dystrophy for over 14 months.
22:00- Patton and his partner enjoy sponsoring dogs that have been neglected and care for them to prepare for their forever home.
24:56- Patton enjoyed Samadhi’s new freestyle rap project, Neighborhood Shaman. For a long time, Steven had an illusion that he couldn’t make music because he has always been the funny guy.
29:50- Proper sleep management has been a challenge for Samadhi when his diet choices are poor by eating too late or having too much caffeine. Patton’s sleep has improved since he had surgery on his deviated septum.
32:32- Patton challenges everyone out there to do 100 burpees in 15 minutes each day, for 100 days.
