Known for his Carnivore Diet, Georgi sheds light on his diet and the benefits of eating meat and avoiding junkfood. 1:26- Karakhanyan’s first passion was soccer, having played for twelve years before fighting.
4:09- Having losses on his record made Karakhanyan want to win even more and reminded him that he is a warrior of life.
7:30- Before the carnivore diet, Karakhanyan was a vegetarian for fifteen years.
11:11- After experiencing a loss, eating junk food can be a big temptation to feel good temporarily.
12:30- Karakhanyan mainly eats ground beef, steak, eggs and bacon.
14:05- One of the biggest parts of the carnivore diet is not using any seed oils in your cooking.
