0:52- Patton pops a couple of Alpha Brain supplements from Onnit. He recently completed Sober October and then decided to take a micro dose of Psilocybin.
3:12- Brancatelli describes a micro dose as a “sub-perceptual dose.”
8:30- On 11.11.2020 Brancatelli ingested 11 grams of Psilocybin which he coined as a magic dose. It completely blew him away, he came out of it with much more insight and excitement for life.
12:15- Patton and Brancatelli discuss the takeaways from reading the book, Think & Grow Rich.
16:10- After being inspired by Patton’s vision board, Brancatelli plans to make one with his girlfriend to help change his perspective and intention.

1:00:08- Going into the United States Army is one of the best things Patton did because it helped him pay off his student loans and got him out of the office cubicle life and provided him the opportunity to earn his masters degree.
