1:11- Sandoval first got into Steel Mace Flow after it was introduced to him by his wrestling coach. His main work is teaching Ju Jitsu and Steel Mace Flow at Your Fitness 365 gym in San Antonio, Texas.
2:35- Patton was originally very frustrated with the steel mace because they can make even just fifteen pounds feel very heavy if you are not using proper technique.
3:30- Patton is currently lifting heavier to build muscle in his upper body because his legs are already strong and built.
6:36- The first time Patton & Sandoval met was at the Onnit Academy for Leo Savage’s Steel Mace Flow Course.
7:45- Patton became Steel Mace certified when he took the Viking Ninja Course by Savage last year in Colorado.
10:15- Sandoval’s father was the first one who told him about the connection of the steel mace with Persian religious history.
12:40- Whenever he catches a break from the desk at the gym, Sandoval will work on going into a new mace flow.
16:05- “That’s where the body trouble shoots.” (Sandoval commenting on rolling Ju Jitsu)
17:23- Blazing up is something Sandoval will do before rolling but not when teaching or learning something new.

24:55- Your Fitness 365 & Submission Concepts are both veteran owned companies, Sandoval made his start there as a sales associate while he still considered enlisting into the Marine Corps.
